End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and PandaServe LTD (reg. no. HE 317541) and governs your use of the PandaRoc desktop application. By installing or using the app, you accept this EULA.

01License grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PandaRoc on your devices, for the number of ROC accounts covered by your active subscription, for your internal business use.

02Restrictions

• Do not copy the software except for a reasonable backup.
• Do not distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell it.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except to the extent the law expressly permits.
• Do not bypass, disable, or tamper with licensing or activation.
• Do not share your license key.

03Ownership

PandaRoc is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in the software remain with PandaServe LTD.

04Updates

The app may check for and install updates to improve functionality, compatibility, and security. This EULA applies to all updates unless an update is accompanied by its own terms.

05Third-party components

PandaRoc includes third-party software. Notably, it uses SumatraPDF (licensed under the GPLv3) as a separate executable for silent printing, and Chromium via Patchright for automation. These components are governed by their own licenses; copies of the applicable notices are available on request.

06Term and termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach it or when your subscription ends. On termination you must stop using the software, and the app may lock access.

07No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

08Limitation of liability

The limitation of liability in our Terms of Service applies to this EULA.

09Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
