We want you to be happy with PandaRoc. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. It is offered by PandaServe LTD (reg. no. HE 317541).
If you are not satisfied with PandaRoc, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that payment in full, no questions asked.
Email hello@pandaserve.eu from the email address on your account, mentioning the charge date and amount. We aim to process eligible refunds within a few business days.
You can cancel any time from Manage billing on your account page. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
You are not charged during the 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed at all.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
