PandaRoc is a desktop app that monitors your accounts on the Cyprus Registrar of Companies (ROC / DRCOR) website, picks up pending services, downloads the certificates and saves them into your folders, so your team stops logging in and checking by hand. You decide which orders to accept; the Finder and Downloader agents handle the rest.

Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit), and macOS 12 or later (Apple Silicon and Intel). Your account works on every machine in your plan.

Three steps:

1. Download and install PandaRoc for Windows or macOS.
2. Open the app and log in with your PandaRoc account email and password.
3. Add your first ROC account. After that it stays signed in and updates itself automatically.

Yes. Auto-update is built in, so PandaRoc checks for new versions and installs them in the background. You are always on the current build without reinstalling.

First, check your internet connection and make sure you're using the exact email of your pandaroc.com account. If the password won't work, reset it and try again. Still stuck? Email us with your account email and we will sort it out quickly.

Your credentials never leave your machine. Your ROC logins and all automation run locally on your own computer, stored in an encrypted local vault. Our license server only handles your PandaRoc account and subscription, nothing to do with the registry itself.

Certificates are saved straight into the folders you choose on your own workstation or network drive. The files stay with you; PandaRoc just puts them where they belong.

If your firm uses a Trello board, PandaRoc can keep it in step as orders move through the pipeline. It is entirely optional, and the app works fully without it.

You pay per ROC account, per month, not per user or per machine. Starter covers 1 account (€29), Small Firm 5 (€99), Professional 10 (€179) and Firm 20 (€299) — VAT included, so the price you see is the price you pay. One slot equals one ROC eFiling login that PandaRoc manages for you. If your firm files under three separate ROC accounts, you would want a 3-account plan. The app lets you add up to the number of accounts your subscription covers.

Yes, name approval checks are included free in every plan, with no per-check fees. Type a proposed company name and PandaRoc scores how likely it is to be approved against the live Cyprus registry and the naming rules.

You get full access to every feature for 7 days, with 3 ROC accounts. A card is required to start, but you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost. If you cancel during the trial, you simply won't be billed. When the trial converts, pick the plan that fits from your account page.

Yes. Go to your account page and open Manage billing to reach the secure billing portal, where you can increase or decrease your account count at any time. Your price adjusts accordingly.

You can cancel anytime from Manage billing on your account page. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
