The agreement between you and PandaServe LTD for using the PandaRoc app and website.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PandaRoc, provided by PandaServe LTD (reg. no. HE 317541), Cyprus. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
PandaRoc is operated by PandaServe LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 317541, with its registered office at Chrysanthou Mylona 1, Panayides Building, Floor 3, Office 1, 3030 Limassol, Cyprus. You can reach us at hello@pandaserve.eu.
PandaRoc is desktop software that automates downloading company certificates from the Cyprus Registrar of Companies (ROC / DRCOR) eFiling portal. PandaRoc is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Registrar of Companies, DRCOR, or any government authority.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
PandaRoc is sold as a monthly subscription priced per ROC account, in euro (EUR). Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; by subscribing you authorise the recurring charge. Applicable VAT and taxes are added at checkout. You can change the number of accounts on your plan at any time through the billing portal, and your price adjusts accordingly.
New customers may start a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be billed.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal on your account page; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree to use PandaRoc only with ROC accounts you are authorised to operate, and in compliance with applicable law and the ROC portal's own terms of use. You must not misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent licensing, or resell or share your license key. Use of the software is also subject to our End User License Agreement.
Your ROC login credentials and the documents you download stay on your own device, they are not sent to us. You are solely responsible for your use of the ROC portal through the app. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal data.
PandaRoc, including its software, branding and content, is owned by PandaServe LTD and protected by law. We grant you a limited right to use it under these terms and the EULA.
PandaRoc is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we cannot guarantee that the ROC portal will remain compatible with the app. PandaRoc does not provide legal, accounting, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PandaServe LTD's total liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction.
